Perth Rosen
Perth Rosen, MA, has applied her academic grounding in International Relations to the health arena for over seven years working in HIV prevention among at-risk populations in Central and South America, and in HIV services and research along the San Diego, Tijuana border. Perth is currently coordinating Dr. Brower’s health and mobility project in Nuevo Laredo and Tapachula Mexico and Dr. Pollini’s risk-reduction study in Tijuana, Baja California. |
