Alicia Vera, MPH
, is a Project Manager in the Division of Global Public Health. She is a Latina, bilingual, bicultural woman with an MPH in Health Promotion from San Diego State University
who is trained in both qualitative and quantitative data collection. She previously worked as the Project Manager for a Binational epidemiological surveillance pilot study targeting Mexican migrants and day-laborers in San Diego and Fresno counties. She currently supervises and trains staff, and assists with the development of study instruments for various Mexico-US border studies in the Division.
